I listen to mp3 files via my Nokia C2-02 mobile via bluetooth headset -- while the headset does pair with the phone and I can hear the mp3 files and adjust the volume what I cannot do is stop/ start playing the mp3 files or rewind/ fast forward. I find this strange since this headset was listed as a recommended accessory for this mobile model when the C2-02 was being advertised on the main website.
When looking at the specifications listed on (http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/products/phone/c2-02/sp
When looking at the specifications on (http://download.fds-ncom.nokia.com/supportFiles/ph
profiles: Headset Profile (HSP) 1.0, Hands-Free Profile (HFP) 1.5, Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile (A2DP) 1.2, and Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP) 1.0.
I have tried deleting the pairing and re-pairing still the same result.
Any help that can be given would be gratefully appreciated as the phone stores (inc. Nokia Support Centre) that I have access to have no clue about useage between these two model numbers.
Looking forward to hearing any & every responses.

Hi isa4031,
Just to ask first, how did you clear the pairings? Did you do it on the mobile phone itself or on your headset. If in case you clear the pairing using the mobile device, what you can do is reset the pairings on the headset itself.
Switch the headset off then press and hold the power key for 9 seconds. The headset beeps twice, and the red and green indicator lights alternate. After the settings are cleared, pairing mode is activated. You may also try to plug the charger into a wall outlet, and while you press and hold the power key, connect the headset to the charger.
If issue persists, you may try to connect your headset to other compatible devices just to further isolate the issue.
