CS-10 pre-paid balance

Does anyone know how to check the balance on a pre-paid CS-10 Nokia internet stick? I do not have a cell phone or a regular phone for that matter and this is my only option for internet. I can not find anything about it in the manual or on these boards.

don't have a singal cellphone? that's weird!
well i have Idea huawei E1550 3.6Mbps Modem which i have unlocked. there is an option in it's plug-in cd called "USSD" by that option we can command for balance check... and it do reply, since you using cs-10, i don't have any idea cuz it hasn't been launched in my Country INDIA... try to find something like i do... i have a software called "MobilePartner" for my modem, by which i can call, videocall, and can send sms too!
You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough ...!

The CS-10 connection manager doesnt support any USSD commands, therefore it is not possible to check the balance.

 

But with a tool like hyperterminal (or use Tera Term for Win7) you can send AT command AT+CUSD=1,<str> to the modem to get the balance resutl

 

in your case I guess it would be AT+CUSD=1,"*100#"
