When I plug my new DAB headset into the micro-USB I get the message that not all functions of the device will be supported. And right so, when I press the DAB button, nothing happens. I have installed the latest version 022.014 with Symbian Anna on my N8 and checked on Nokia support for any help related to DAB. None.
What else can I do?
AFAIK you also needed Mobile TV DVB-H application from Nokia Store, which I don't think is available any longer as most of the DVB-H transmission trials came to nothing:http://europe.nokia.com/support/product-support/cu

Nokia have been sending me around in circles on this one. Just wish they would tell me application is no longer available too bad. Nokia lack the knowledge or the guts to do this!
I'm having similar issues. After upgrading to belle, I cant download the old tv application, and the new one, "digital TV" doesnt recognise the headset as been plugged in. Very frustrating, not to mention costly when I've paid money for a headset that no longer works
I eventually did get my tv receiver working on my N8 belle, after these steps. I'm not sure if it was a particular one, or all of them. Not sure if this will help you, but here goes.
1. Belle comes with some pre-installed security software. F-Secure or something. I uninstalled it
2. I uninstalled the "Nokia Digital TV (Belle)" app that I downloaded as I thought it might be interfering with the "Mobile TV" app.
3. I then installed the "Mobile TV" app (using the computer, as the installation directly from ovi on the phone fails)
For a day or so I got connection lost or no channels could be found or some other bs error. It said just6 wait a while. But now its working fine, all on its own.
