I seem to be having a problem when I plug in my headphones into my Lumia 810, I cannot control the volume of my phone call (using the call app). My headphones do not have a volume dial. Although the volume rocker indicates it is decreasing in volume, the audible volume does not change. Has anyone else experienced this?

Can you check for updates from settings> accessories> check for updates?

I tried the solution in the bluetooth post, and found it didn't work.

I have also tried updating the phone, strangely now, I do get volume adjustment. But, it's inverted. 0/10 on headphones = max volume, 10/10 = lowest volume.

After, examining the phone again. It was probably due to my computer adjusting its microphone. Problem is not fixed (volume stays the same, but the counter indicates it should've changed).

I received an audio update today. The problem is still not fixed. Am I the only person experiencing this issue?

seems like only option is to perform hard reset or take your phone to Nokia Care / back to point of purchase, as i answered in my post in your other thread here: http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Connectivity/Bluetooth-File-Transfer-Fails-on-Nokia-Lumia-810/td-p/1...
