Hi I just ordered two Luna head sets from the Microsoft store and received them.

The box says BH-220 but the video and product page on Nokia web site shows a model number of BH-220P.

The BH-220 that I received do not seem to work (charge) on the wireless charger. Do I need the BH-220P model for that feature?

All of the web sites I have visited to purchase, don't seem to list the Nokia Model number BH-220 vs.. BH-220P.

The MicrosoftStore.com also does not list the actual model number.

Just read the Nokia user manual for the BH-220 and it supports NFC, but nowhere is there mention of wireless charging, not to mention the manual is dated 2011.

BH-220P on Nokia website says with wireless charging, so yes that is the one you're after. Looks like you got the wrong one. I would take it back and say firmly to them that you're after the BH-220P and not the BH-220.

Yes, I did read the manual it does not say anything about the wireless charging.

I guess I would have to return the units, big pain cause it is a online order and has to be shipped back. I already had to return one of them for exchange because one of the units was totally dead.

I have looked at many online web site to purchase the Luna head set from, but none say what the model actually is. Even the Microsoft Store I bought them from does not list the model number.

If I purchase online, from any of these retailers, then I would have to take a gamble as to what model I actually receive. I think that really stinks. Why can't Nokia just publish direct buy links on their site? I bought 3 Lumia 920 phone, 3 Wireless charge pads, and 2 Luna head sets, with idea of keeping extra chargers at home and work. Now I have lug around the charger & cables for the Head sets.

Oh well, I guess "buyer beware" also applies to Nokia products too.

Can you please provide a link to buy Nokia Luna BH220P(Wireless charging). I gave up searching on the Internet. Nokia site says Nokia Luna BH220P and Amazon, ebay or anyother shopping site for that matter is not doing BH220P. I reckon this model is not out in the market yet.. Please help..

in your case my best advice is to say to contact Nokia in your country directly. They wil be able to point you in the direction of a retailer or online website that stocks the product you are after. That is how they helped me, by chatting online with me. You can do this by clicking the Nokia Support link at the bottom of this page.
