obviously u need to double check the model number of the product you are trying to purchase, and it is a good idea to Google that retailer and see if any online forums have details on them (they have quite a large online forum here in Australia, Whirlpool Forums, where pretty much every retailer, phone, boat, car etc experience is detailed and reported on by members of the public). obviously you can also check storefront retailers and reputable online retailers.
if you can't find the product anywhere, then try contacting Nokia directly by clicking the Nokia Support link at the bottom of this page, and they may be able to give you the contact details of an official authorised Nokia accessories retailer.
