Can anyone help?

I have 2 old nokia 5110 and neither will charge? I have tried 3 different chargers and 4 different batteries but none of them will charge. Not sure what the circuit boards look like when they are normal but am not afraid of a little tinkering if there is a solder I can refresh or any signs of issues or a way to test the batteries without the phones I would be greatful.

Unfortunately upon this manufacturer's sponsored forum we are prohibited from discussing disassembly of devices or posting schematics, which may in part be a reason for your post eliciting zero response. I know with my old 3310 if battery allowed to completely run down it can take some minutes before any sign of life show up!

Your only options here are to source some old replacements from eBay or Gumtree or online stores as it is such an old device. If you hear a buzzing noise when you are charging it, then that is not good news, may be a problem with the phone itself and not just the battery.
