My 6230 crashes every time I try to perform a voice dial over bluetooth. The phone crashes on the "speak now" screen. I have to reboot the phone to get it to work again. This stinks. Ideas?

My old 7610 used to do the same thing and I found out that the bluetooth headset was faulty.

As per last post of badmanab please consider that it could be the headset and not the handset.

First of all I would try to pair the headset up with another B/T handset and try to use voice dial.

If the unit works well then you will need to get your handset into a CNSP:
