Can anyone confirm if you can hook the Nokia 5530 to a wrist strap. And if so what kind of strap and where and how to hook it.

It has a hook for strap but you will need to open the back cover first and you can only insert a small thread/sling.

The hidden hook behind the back cover of the nokia 5530 is practically useless, because the strap could slide out easily. It is better to tie the strap around the small hole next to the hook in the bottom left corner.

Actually the hook works well, you just have to put it in around the hook very well. First remove the back cover then use a small needle to put it from the outside and drag it to the inside up around the small hook, then put pressure around the string on each side of the hook, and that's it
