cs-10 disconects then is not recognized by the software

My CS-10 Stick sometimes disconnects by it self and then the application software cannot identify teh stick any more. It is necessary to reboot the computer (Dell e4300) for the application to find the stick again.

My CS-10 disconnects "spontaneously" more than 10 times a day so it is very annoying to reboot every time.

Does anybody knows of a solution for this? I tried stopping the process wellphone with the Task Manager but this does not help.
