BH-111 Headset No Longer Charging

The headset will no longer charge. I've tried many different Nokia 2mm pin chargers (including the OEM charger it came with) and nothing happens. The LED light that indicates charging also does not come on. How can I fix this?

LandoftheRich,

Try to plug the charger into a wall outlet, and while you press and hold the Multifunction/switch on-off key, connect the headset to the charger. Please be advised that it may take several minutes before the LED indicator appears.

If the problem still does persist, I do advise sending the device to a Nokia Care Centre for proper diagnostics.

Good luck

Re: BH-111 Headset No Longer Charging

I think this worked. The device seems to be charging now, which is the main thing I was concerned with. The LED indicator still does not work when the device is off and plugged in (it used to display a color to indicated its battery level status - red, orange or green). The LED does work when the device is powered on however. Thank you for your assistance!

Sure. I'm totally glad it worked. The LED indicator needs to be observed day-to-day though unless you're fine with it.
