Nokia N70 Memory Card

I`m thinking of buying a memory card for my Nokia N70.
I came to this forum and started searching for related topics to have an idea of what memory card to buy.

There is a lot of information and I´m a rookie in memory cards discussions, so allow me to make a few questions:

1) I saw a "Kingston MMC 1GB Mobile Dual Voltage" and this card is in the top of my preferences. I´ve read in some sites that this is compatible with N70 and in others that it´s not compatible... My question is: is it compatible?

2) Does this card have issues in working with N70? If yes, what card would you recommend?

3) N70 requires a 1.8/3V MMC card, but the one that I refered is 1.8/3.3V. So, we have 3V in one side and 3.3V in the other... I´m not understanding this....

4) The card above has write speed up to 7MB/s and read speed up to 8MB/s. Are these speeds good in general?

That´s all. Sorry the lot of questions.....

Regards and thank you!

Re: Nokia N70 Memory Card

just my personal and humble opinion but if you have any doubts about compatibility then I would stick with the Nokia version. I've done a search for the Nokia 1 GB MMC Mobile Card MU-13 and you can buy the genuine article on eBay for around £23 compared to £61 from Nokia online shop
