'Message Storage Memory Not Ready'

 

Phone has broken because inbox became too full, however nannot access any text messages to delete. There phone useless. It has already been completely replaced because of this. The lighting up of the keys is very sporadic as well...

 

Any suggestions? I have re-set it and still it will not work.

Hi,

 

I would suggest you book the handset in with an approved Nokia Care Centre.

 

If resets have not rectified your issues then its best to let the experts take the next step with it.

 

Be sure to action a full back up of your data before submitting the handset.
