Hi, i purchased Nokia Asha 200 just three weeks now but there is an echoe in the conversation, secondly, my Asha 200 doesn't supprt the FM recording, can nokia please use their good office to retify their problem s please

In regards to the echo problem with your Asha 200 what version of firmware are you using?
You can update the software for your Asha by downloading and installing Nokia Suite which you can download at the following link:
The current latest software version is V10.61. Please be aware that the availability of this update is dependant on the region you are in and your network provider if your phone is currently tied down under contract.
I bought Nokia ASHA 200 2 days ago. The moment I switched on and accessed the internet through default browser, it said about the update available so i updated the browser to verion 220.127.116.11.14
Than later I tried to access Social app and it kept saying loading, same thing with Ovi store and mail. Isn't there suppose to be 'G' sign on the top left cornor. Well there is nothing like that. I guess the apps aren't able to connect at all.
Than there is the echo problem which is really irritating. So I tried the hard rese. It didnt work. Now even Social app is gone. Says invalid app and can't delete it either.
When i type *#0000* i get these infos:
No Virtual Variant
I have the latest Nokia/Ovi Suite ver 3.4.49
From cell, when i look for update - it says not available.
From PC suite, it says the same - I have the latest version 10.58
Why can't I update to version 10.61 which is said bt have the fix or ver 11.56.
I downgraded myself from Nokia 5800 to Asha 200 coz' i needed a dual im model and choose this JUCK instead of SAMSUNG. Please need HELP. if this is it than well I am not using NOKIA cells no more and definitely not recommending any NOKIA products to anyone.

You can try reinstalling the phone firmware. A short guide how to do that -
Connect your phone to a computer & select Nokia Suite mode. If you do not have Nokia Suite on your pc you can download it from here. Now open the Nokia Suite & click on the “green icon of arrow pointing downwards”.
If any updates are available they will be shown in ‘green’. If not you may reinstall the current version. Reinstall option is shown in ‘blue’. If no option to reinstall is shown, please wait for sometime it will become visible. Then the Nokia Suite will download the new software version of the phone. After it you will be prompted to take a complete back up of the device content. Please do not skip this step as reinstallation will erase all the personal data from the phone like contacts, messages, calendar entries etc.
Please note that if you have set a memory card password & you have forgotten its code then take a backup of the card data also as the card will be locked after update and can only be unlocked if you enter the correct code or by ways mentioned in this thread.

I have .avi video file and I want to watch it through my phone (Nokia Asha 200). When I transfered the video on my phone,unfortunately the file is not supported by Nokia Asha 200. And I search through internet which video file supports Nokia Asha 200, and i found out some of it Mpeg-4,3gp,and WMV. I converted my avi video file to 3gp, and i wish that it will work in my phone but unfortunately it still didn't work..
I hope someone could help me on how to play my converted 3gp video file in my Nokia Asha 200.
actually wrngly i lost ma authorising certificate coz of wic m nt able to excess browser,mail,store anythng...
i contacted customer care of nokia they said to reinstall software n i did so bt still its nt working suggest sumthng...
n the nokia care we have here takes many days to repair....

My nokia asha 200 was hanging
i only tried to update my phone software but problems is remain
nokia browser can't be opened, some application was error and the bigger problem is phone screen display white light only. so how can i use mobile phone like this.
performing a soft reset on phone using the code *#7780# or performing a hard reset using the code *#7370# was not helping.
Please help! i need help, don't make me dissapointed
