Asha 201 - Capitalisation?

Heya! I was wondering if it's possible on the Asha 201 to turn off the auto-capitalisation at the beginning of sentences, because it doesn't auto-capitalise anything else.

I've searched through settings but couldn't find anything ... not sure if this is because I'm inept at using any sort of phone that isn't an iPhone (which is actually quite sad) or if I've just missed something.

Thanks so much for your help! xx

Re: Asha 201 - Capitalisation?

For it you need to turn off the T9 dictionary. Pressing & holding the # key will give you an option to do that.

Re: Asha 201 - Capitalisation?

I appreciate your help!

I've just tried doing that, but it hasn't worked -- should I do it just when I'm composing a message? It's a qwerty keyboard, so holding alt+J gives me the # sign, & it just keeps repeating.  Have also just tried holding down the J/# key, but the same thing happens.  :-/
