In media player screen, when you select the equaliser option, a blank screen shows up.

no way to exit, only pressing the hang up button.

have you checked if there are any firmware updates available for your device via Nokia Suite? If there is one, please update to the latest version offered. If that doesn't work, you can try re-installing your current firmware through Nokia Suite, failing that you can try to Restore your phone to factory settings.

Failing that, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for them to inspect: http://nokia.com/support

since the 14.92 version is only available through the phone (as far as i know).

i did the 7780 (only settings, soft format), and the equaliser came back!.

now, i managed to reproduce the bug quickly enough.

Set wallpaper to Blue Animation, in Graphics/Wallpapers/Blue Animation, now the animation seems fine, but shut down phone, turn it back on and now there is a black screen (the blue animation no longer works, even if you select it again or reboot.)

 Now go back to the equaliser and its gone again.

i think asha devs should hear about this, seems like the blue animation is bugged, but its really cute.

hello,
I'm a user of Nokia for the past 5 years. I purchased a nokia asha 302 handset after using nokia classic 2700 for a long time.

              There are a few drawbacks of this handset:
1. songs cannot be skipped if played from memory card,
2.playlists cannot be created from music player and multiple songs cannot be added togather in the playlist.
3.multiple messages cannot be marked and deleted,
4.folders cannot be created to save my favourite messages,though it can be archived,bt that is not useful enough for all purposes.

I would like to request Nokia to solve these problems with some latest updates as soon as possible.
