Now i have a question why nokia 309 dont have voip support in list of codecs in specifications in nokia 309 website is listed codec 729, 711 and u law please give support for voip this mobile 309 its fantastic sometimes slow but good only needs voip for now

Good question - need to check whether those codecs are listed on the specs page by accident. There's no VoIP support in Asha 309 AFAIK. According an expert on the VoIP support on Nokia devices, neither Asha 308 or Asha 309 has VoIP support included. So those VoIP related codecs are most likely listed on the page by accident.

According to this, http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Software-Updates/New-software-update-available-for-Asha-308-amp-Asha... there is VoIP support now in the 7.55 SW update.

Has anyone checked, is it only for 309 ? or to 308 as well
