have you checked via Nokia Suite on PC if there are any firmware updates available for your devicE? if there are any, please update to the latest version. otherwise, try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite. failing that, you can try restoring your phone to factory settings.
if the above doesn't work, then you will need to take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
