Have you checked if there is a firmware update available for your phone via Nokia Suite? V5.92 was just released a few days ago, it may fix your Bluetooth issues. If there is no update, or the issue still occurs with a firmware update, try Restoring your phone to factory settings.
Failing that, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care point for them to inspect. to locate your nearest Nokia Care point: http://nokia,com/support
I updated my phone's software to the latest version v5.92 a few days ago.i thought this would solve the problem so i waited for the update to come, instead of factory resetting my phone.but the update didnt solve anything.therefore i did the factory reset.but still the problem exists.the problem i.e, the phone restarting itself, occurs when trying to initiate a connection with another device(phones, computers etc)and also while switching off the bluetooth after using it.someone please help me because i dont want to take it to nokia care.
See, that's just my estimates based on my experience. Its either the software or the hardware. As you've tried updating the software and reset the device (make sure you did the hard reset and not just settings). If you want to give it another try yourself, try re-installing the software using Nokia Suite. If it still doesn't help, you need a Nokia Care Center, as there won't be anything more we can suggest. Care Center will be able to test your phone (they are experienced and have professional testing softwares) and identify the issue.
