Can't send mms on nokia asha 200

Yesterday, i sent mms successful, but today, i can't send it!!! it say that '" msg sending failed. Please check setting. "' . I reset my phone by funciton retore factory. But it can't send and alert same above. I saw some people have same problem with me about nokia asha on some forums.

 

Ex info:

i using nokia asha 200, i use dual network (different) . I can't send mms by any network!!!

 

Please help me ?

Hi libach202,

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Nokia forum.

 

If you have reset the phone with a soft reset (a reset that doesn't delete your data), please hard reset the phone instead. Connect your phone to Nokia Suite and make a back up via Tools > Back up so that you won't lose any data, but don't tick the Settings box. Once you've created the back up, disconnect from Nokia Suite and enter *#7370# and default security code 12345 into your phone. 

 

When the phone has rebooted, reconnect with Nokia Suite and restore the back up you've made via Tools > Restore. Then contact your operator to reconfigure your phone's Mobile Internet and MMS settings. Once the settings have been configured properly you will be able to send an MMS again.

Yesterday, i was reset my phone by *#7370# and it send mms nomaly. Now, i can't send mms again. I think that is a error of nokia msg software. Please help me this problem!!!

Cant login to nokia asha 200 after i reset to factory settings

I reset my Nokia Asah 200 to factory settings and now when I click on the internet logo, it does nothing and I am not able to surf the net.

Kindly help

I can't access my net on my nokia asha as well as the social.

i've just restore the factory settings but the social can't be access anymore.

On the message icon i just press the chat but it won't do anything.

I've used my net for the past few months.

I just would like to ask if where would I contact regarding with the operator,soince my phone was purchase in UK.
