Have a look and read here: http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Pool-of-Knowledge/
As what the article above said, you will need to update or re-install the software of your device to retrieve the certificates. One of our friends here posted this: New SW update available for Asha 200/201: v. 11.95. If this update is not yet available for your device, several factors are affecting it then - country and operator. For now, you may try re-installing the current firmware of your device. Periodically check if the new SW update is already available for your device either using Nokia Suite or by dialling *#0000# on your device.

jayniit, what do you mean: A re-intallation did not help or the re-installation did not work? Please, tell us the product code of your phone. It is printed below the battery and/or at the sales-package box.

jayniit, there are tools out there like LogoManager’s Mobile Media Browser (MobiMB) and NokiCert. If you do a search for ‘Series 40’ and ‘c:\hidden folder\certificates\’ you will find a lot more guides including a list of existing certificates. However, I am not allowed to link them here.
Nevertheless, I would not go that path because your phone has a defect and more is broken than just certificates. I recommend a firmware refurbish at a Nokia Care in your local country.
