Confused..

Hi,
I am from Turkiye and i just bought Nokia 8800 few weeks ago. But it is different i mean it has different color than other 8800 (more black) and at the back it says "Special Edition". I cannot find my phone at Nokia web site and now Sirocco edition has presented to the market. I wonder that what is the differences between my phone and sirocco thank you.

Re: Confused..

You have probably bought the black version of the original Nokia 8800. The original 8800 had a 0.5 megapixel camera and 64MB of internal memory.

The Nokia Sirocco Edition comes in both black and polished silver, and has a 2 megapixel camera and 128MB of internal memory.

The phones look slightly different, but other than the camera and memory upgrades, are fairly similar.

As an owner of the original silver 8800, I would have preferred extendable memory or even a flash to exclusive ring tones in the Sirocc Edition.

Thank you for your info. I look for the Sirocco but it has nothing at the back like "Special Edition" =P
BTW, today i recognized a problem with my 8800, when i am making calls or recieving calls the voice from other person comes a little bit dirty i mean like parasite.
How can i solve this problem?.
Thank you.

A few other improvements are the battery life and the power saver option {clock} now scrolls down the screen cutting out screen burn as in the original Nokia 8800 because it stays in the same place.

Not quite sure i like the new indentation on the front casing. It looks a little odd !
