I am using Asha 201. When I going to open my E-Mail Account from the "Mail" option of Menu , I get this message "Service no longer supported. Account is not accessible anymore." So couldn't access my account. Pleas give me solution of this.
have you checked if there are any firmware updates available for your device via Nokia Suite on your PC? if there are any, please update to the latest version offered. also chyeck that you have the correct network carrier data settings and that your data plan is activated. if you are still encountering problems, also check the account details of the email service you are trying to access.
