I discovered a way to read pdf files on all phones witch have S40 platform. This is 100% working. Before writing it I thought to see others comments about this matter. I WILL TELL THE SECRET LATER.

So what, are you waiting for people to pay you? then this would not be the appropriate place to offer this info and also, it makes you look not very trustworty, unless maybe you're the one selling a pdf-reading app for S40? If you must hear it, I've been looking for such app, and I'm very eager to learn about it, because I have a friend in a poor country who has access to the internet only on her nokia s40, and she would greatly benefit from being able to read pdf on it, so please be so kind as to spill...?!.

There used to be an application Zesium mobilePDF upon OVI Store before the developer pulled it, so this is hardly new.

This is my intention.

First you must have a working internet connection through your phone, a Gmail account & web browsing application (opera mini or bolt browser)

email your (name).pdf file to your email address (as a attachment). Then sing in to your gmail account through a web browser. Then read your new email. At the end of the page there is View : basic HTML . Select it. Then open attached pdf file. This is the way that you can read pdf files on your S40 phone. I am expecting your ideas about this.

Thanks to the OP for sharing this simple yet effective way of reading pdf files.  Works a treat for me by using the gmail account.

Have been searching for a while to try and find a successful reader.  I downloaded Zesium mobile pdf reader, and that also works, but it is a bit more troublesome to open the file.  Good though for files that are already downloaded onto your phone and when you don't have an internet connection.

Dwnld the pdf reader lite(smthing lyk it) (s40) from OVI. download any pdf file. Open reader, it will open the pdf file.

You are correct that there is a reader in the Ovi Store, but unfortunately it doesn't suit all Nokia phones with the S40 platform.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

This eZReader does not work for .pdf

only works for .doc and .docx

please suggest an alternate one for S40/Asha 302

Why not develop our own apps instead of expectin ada people 2 do it 4 us..... Hardly can 1 find an s40 pdf reader on e net @ all check mine from www.klubct.co.zw

if you are using asha...just download this at the store eZReader..

eZReader is not that goood,and it doesn't support all pdf size and pdf list form either
