I found a new problem with asha 311

The inbuit app like whatsapp,climate and maze dissapeared..

And when i have downloaded whatsapp from nokia store it shows "Certificate not on the phone or sim"

I have reinstalled the software and even restored to factory defaul setings 

But nothing helped..

Plss Help..

If it doesn't work even after reinstall of firmware using Nokia suite then better visit Nokia care near your city.

Backup important data before any software update/reinstall/restoring phone.

I have flashed it and every thing got fine..
And i am happy now..

i had observed a thing while i was reinstaling the software that...

The software downloaded by the nokia suite was of product code :-059Q1N3

Where as my product code is 059F7M6

So I think that The prombleum in the phone is caused  due to installation of wrong software via suite..

Sir but the code which is behind the phone is 059Q1N3.but when checked through *#0010# it is showing as 059F7M6. !

The phone just displays it that way. Because the main variant is 059F7M6,it continues to show the same.
This can be a bug, but guess we have other things which should be solved first than this little thing.

I had charged the phone battery full last night.
But when I saw it in morning the whole battery had drained out..
This is not happening for the first time with me..
I had happend many times before now this happens 2-3 times a week..
My mobile data,wifii,bluetooth was also off .
So i need your help.
Plss help me..
