Hi,
My Nokia Asha 306 (1 days aged) doesn't start.
It worked very well for about 12 hours.
When trying to import vcf contacts from Nokia Suite (bluetooth connection), The import operation took very long for the first contact (~3 minutes).
After that, the operation failed and the phone initiated a restart.
The restart gives Nokia logo for 2 seconds, and phone is turned off (screen backlights are shutdown).
Thought of making a hard reset, but don't know the key combinations for that.
(I can not make soft reset because the phone doesn't open)
Any help for hard resetting, or how to overcome this issue is appreciated.
Thanks

There is no Hard Reset possible since its an S40 device.
Did you check whether the Battery is sufficiently charged ? Else, remove the battery for a couple of minutes, insert and check again. Failing this you need to visit Nokia Care

I the battery indcates fully charged when connected to charger (mobile is shutdown).
Tried removing the battery for around 30 minutes (with no use).
I also tried removing SIM card and Memory card.
