hello ppl yesterday my nokia 311 reset and get a big error! in the list of apps show a invisible aplications like a screen and half and if i click these of one and my phone restart and if i want to put  a app in the first screen (favorite contacs of other app) the phone show a little normal apps and a lot of apps call "error"

anyone have this problem?

You need to reset your phone to factory settings. Just do a factory reset of settings (not the full phone reset) and your menu will come back to normal. You can then reopen apps from memory card or wherever they were installed to recreate their icons on the home screen.

i have the same problem.whenever i tap on the blank spaces,the phone restarts.i've tried factory resetting the phone.i first tried soft reset.but the blank spaces were still there.then i tried hard reset,and that didn't work either.

The black spaces reboot my phone asha 311.

Soft reset not works fine.

Try to update or reinstall the software of your phone using Nokia Suite. If you need a guide how to do this refer on this link http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/belle-asha-symbian-software-update/

Just in case the update or reinstallation of the software did not resolve the issue you can also try to perform a master reset. Create a back up first using Nokia Suite for you to avoid losing any data.

Go to Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings > Restore All. If prompted for a security code or lock code enter 12345 unless changed.

I did a hard reset a second time.and it worked.my phone's fine now.

so strange that error... first the plp get this almost the same day... whe need the update fast! ¬¬ not reinstal/update or hard reset every week, thats not cool nokia -.-
