Just now coming from NCC,they took my phone and said that they will keep it under their observation for 2 or 3 days and then return me(As i repeatedly reported the same problem regarding my phone) ! hope atleast a new update gets released in the mean time and i get my phone with new version ![]()

Have you tried to format your phone? Please note that all of your files will be deleted. So before you do this, you need to back up your important data using the Nokia Suite.

Connect the phone you want to back up to your computer with a USB cable. On your phone, select Nokia Suite (or PC Suite) and then select OK.
In Nokia Suite, click Tools then Backup. Nokia Suite shows you a list of the content types that you can back up and prepares a list of information that can be backed up.
Select the information that you want to back up. If you want to change where the backup file is saved, click Browse and choose another location. If you have a lot of music, photos or videos on your phone, including them in the backup will cause the backup process to be slower.

Tried every thing possible,But no satisfactory result.The frequency of hanging reduced but still hangs(previously 4 times a day but after resetting the phone, it hangs minimum of 2 times a day).Though after few days the problem repeats ! Don't know why it restarts unnecessarily ! Most irritating problem of "Nokia asha 311".
Please get these issues SOLVED in next update along with copy paste and brightness option ! Eagerly waiting for that ! ![]()

i tried all and im not a noob to update firmwares!! (had a nokia c6-01)
and why i need to " share this idea to the proper department. You may contact them through here: https://ideasproject.com " If the option to copy and paste, adjust brightness should be mandatory and more in this phone that is a "smartphone" like the web of nokia say...
