Thank you for posting and welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions.
We appreciate your effort posting in this forum. Is it only happening to a phone call? How about text message? Were you able to make a phone call and send SMS? Where and when did you purchase your phone? Where are you currently located? What error message are you getting? Do you have a stable signal?
Having said that you have tried using multiple SIM cards, are those SIM card works on a different phone? Try to reboot your phone by going to Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings > Restore. Then, enter your security code.
Let us know the outcome.

I'm now located in US Pennsylvania
Your phone does not support the frequencies in the USA because you have a Dual-Band phone on 900/1800 MHz. You would need a phone which supports 1900 MHz, and even better 850 MHz as well.
Thank you for your response. Abi99 is correct. There are some limitations when it comes to frequency supported by the phone. It may work in the country where you purchased it but not in the USA.
If you're going to purchase a new phone make sure to check its specifications, especially the frequency it is supporting.
I am having the same problem as the other users. I can text but I can't call.
I bought the fone in singapore and am using it in singapore.
I cant even create or add a contact.
Each time I try to call I get a message saying call is not allowed.
When I try to add a contact, I get a sim card memory not available message.
When I tried to restore factory settings, I am asked for a safety code.
When I put in my safety code, it won't accept it.
Is there another safety code that I should look for since it wont take my own code?
What am I supposed to do as this phone is just a month old?
Hello, alexi2015. Are you still having the same issue? Have you already tried re-inserting your SIM card to check if there's any difference? Does your SIM card work properly with another device? Note that you may also try inserting another SIM card on your phone to test if it will work. If that didn't help and you're also using the Nokia 105, let's try resetting it. Here's how: Nokia 105 - How can I restore factory settings on my Nokia phone (Series 30)?. Link is intended for the Philippines, but it's still applicable for your phone regardless of your location. Let us know the outcome.
