I have just recieved a Nokia 206 cyan dual sim handset the phone is fantastic in looks and build.....but my phones volume is very low I can hardly hear a text message come in and I have the volume set to maximum, what is strange is when I go into music player and turn up it is loud, but it does not ring or alert loud and its at maximum setting.

Is this a problem in the handset please can someone help?
