Nokia 5310 No network signal

Nokia 5310 No network signal

My nokia 5310 suddenly lost its signal and I am unable to make or receive any calls or texts.......I have switched off, removed battery and SIM card, tried SIM card in another phone (that worked OK), carried out factory reset, reinstalled SIM and battery, but still does not have any network signal........Any ideas please.....HELP.

Check your phone with another compatible sim. If that doesn't work then your only other option is to send it to your nearest Nokia Care Point.

u must Check your Network Provider too..

Hi! I also noticed that my 5310 loses signal where other phones work perfectly. I sent it to Nokia Care.

I got my phone back. Nothing is wrong with it - THAT'S WHAT THE SERVICE SAID!!!

But i can't use the phone... i don't know what to do!

i m facing similar problems.. last time i had this problem i restored it to factory setting. it worked fine for some days, but suddenly today it again crashed..

i updated its software too but no help..

kindly tell me the solution asap...

check that sim works in another phone this will rule out network issues
check all setings are correct
you can then reset settings to out of box state and go through the usual set up
if nothing works send it to nokia care and tell them what the problem is and ensure they get the message as to what the problem is
