In the last week or so, my Nokia 6085h started flashing the screen all blue for a split second, at apparently random intervals. I don't have the attention span to actually time it, but it seems to happen as often as every few seconds. Usually I notice while playing the Galaxy Balls game, because that's about the only time I look at the screen for an extended period..
I would guess this is not a Good Thing. Searching the Intarwebs, I found a few posts from people having this problem, but no solid info. Just some speculation that the wiring in the hinge may be getting loose.
Anyone else have this problem? Did your display eventually stop working altogether, or were you able to fix it?
For now, I've replaced the battery (not a big deal - they're $5 or less). The problem seems to have stopped, but I can't be sure until a few more days go by.
I would advise to take a back up of everything you want to keep on the phone and to perform a hard reset which will clear the entire phone. Enter *#7370# and then 12345 for the hard reset. If this doesn't help it might be that the phone is gettng old and needs to be replaced, though you can bring it to a care centre to let it get checked as a last resort. You can find a care centre by going to your local Nokia web page and clicking on the Support tab.
