If there's an option for selection for phone & sim, just select phone & it would transfer it to phone memory.

just go to ContActs > pRess OptiOns > SIM ContActs > SIM Directory.... From there you cAn mark the contActs you want by pReSsing the # key or mark them aLl, then pReSs optiOns > cOpy to cOntActs, and you are dOne!
