Hi,

In my Nokia 6303 Classic phone when I try give any input in facebook page in browser it's not working. But if open any other website its taking the input. Means I can do google searches but unable login to my facebook account. I try so many times to enter values to the fileds there in the Facebook page but its not taking anything. I tried for factory reset but no good news, its still the same thing is happening.

Then i installed a Java based facebook application, but its unable to the internet connection. I have checked all the connection settings and application access properties but couldnt get the solution.

 I can't get what is the issue.

Please someone help me out on this problem.

Mine is doing exactly the same. It only started it about a week ago. I have updated all the phone software and restored original settings etc, but I still have exactly the same issue as you. Have you found a solution yet?

Hi som_rout,

About a week ago Facebook started to roll out secure connections which is what might be causing this.

Goto your Facebook login on a PC and select 'account settings -> security'. Turn off secure browsing there and after saving settings close the browser then try again on the phone browser.

Another one for this problem as well.
Have tried Kosh's advice but unfortunately it logged me off on my phone browser and now i cannot log back in as the keypad is still not being recognised.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for posting!

Did you clear the browser cache? You can do this through menu>web>clear the cache

Or you might want to try to reset settings to default by entering the code *#7780# followed by the security code 12345.
