Nokia Asha 201 "no response from host"

I'm searching the whole internet for about a week now and i still can't find what the problem is. I'm so sick of this phone. Always new problems. I just want to copy some pictures I've made to my pc but my computer won't recognise the phone anymore.

I've tested different pc's, removed my memory card, formated the memory card, resetted factory settings, tried multiple USB cables (yes, also Nokia ones!), removed drivers and software, tried older software (Nokia Suite), tried beta software (Nokia Suite).

Still none of the above things fixed my problem. When I plug the USB cable I get a message says: "Wait..." So I wait and then "No response from host" appears on screen. My computer says notthing, not even a balloon that a new device is found. Even in de device manager notthing new is show. On my phone then I get a screen where I can choose from 3 options. Nokia Suite, Mediatransfer and Storage (translated the words from Dutch so not really sure how it's written in English version of the phone). It doesn't matter which option I choose, the computer will never detect the phone.

Can someone please tell me now whats wrong? Or should I really just buy an Apple iPhone?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.

From the above symptoms to describe and the full testing you have done with multiple cables and P.C's I recommend you take your device to your local Nokia care point. To find your nearest one please refer to the following link:
