You did not mention in your post what application caused this problem or what connection you are attempting to use.

 

However, we would advise you to check your phone access point settings and if possible get new settings from your operator. Please see here for instructions on how to configure access points on your device. 

 

If you are trying to access a WLAN, please see here for instructions on how to do it.

Hi! Please help me: buy a Nokia asha 303 and when I try to connect to Yahoo messenger , my phone give me an error cannot login.1050:. I try with another app( Ebuddy).I use WIFI in my house, the browser working. Please help me! Thank you!
