Nokia C3-01.5 Screen Symbols..?

Hey.

I've got this little symbol on the screen which not are shown in the manuel. Its look like a Post-Letter.. Or a visit-card and the GPRS [G] are shown online all the time.

Anyone know what this is, and how to get it off?.

Hi zt4r,

Welcome to the forum! Most likely that symbol means you have a unread text message. Please check them if you can find an unread one.

If it's blinking, it means the SIM-messages are full. Go to Menu > Messaging > Options > SIM-messages > Delete some messages.

That didn't help

I've tried to delete all meesages and voicemails. The {G] has been gone for some days now, but still sometimes turns up.

The symbol is like a post-letter, the front of it, with stamp and adress.. or it looks like it .

I've been searching and searching all over the web, without luck its annoying.

Is any Instant Messaging service active ?

Sounds like an incoming mms.
TO turn off the G sign Menu>settings>Connectivity>Packed Data>>pack. data conn.>When needed..
also check that you have no apps running that need a connection..
