My experience with a nokia service centre is very bad expecially with TECHSERVE who is having the franchise of NOKIA CARE located in BUR DUBAI on Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Bur Dubai.
The people in BUR DUBAI staff are crooks and i think it's their manager who is the biggest crook .
I updated the firmware of my NOKIA N97 , but got some error while updating from NSU and after some USB plug and play the firmware update was complete but after that my phone was not starting up . So took it to NOKIA CARE in Bur Dubai and they said no problem we will update the software but as the phone is not under waranty so there will be a charge of DHS 125/- and i gave the phone to them but after four days they called and said that it's a hardware problem and will be charged dhs 600 /- ....**bleep** before they said that it's a minor problem , and will only charge dhs 125/- .... so i took my phone back without repaired and also paid those crooks a fees of dhs 70/- ( HARAM in ISLAM ) and took my phone to a local service centre in Deira and they fixed my N97 in just one day with a charge of Dhs 100/- only.
So my friends , choose a good service centre instead of going to these Nokia appointed crooks. Ask yr friends first before going to such service centres .
You will have to visit Nokia Care for getting it replced..
To know about its nearby locations.. Click on 'Contact Us' tab at the top of this page and under 'Call or e-mail Nokia Care' select your region..You should find a contact no. there and may ask them details about your local Care centre...

You can complain these kind of issues to the Nokia care contact services in your country.

If you have forgotten the Security code... the ONLY place to get it reset is Nokia Care... Proof of ownership (Bill / Invoice) may be asked...
