last week feb 12 th i bought nokia x2-02 , i am face display flickering problem , headphone sound very low , i am not using that much but my battey power get down quickly, when i put charge it time to take 3 and half an hour , so please give so suggestion
Have you rebooted the device? Have you tried to use other headphones and/or use the headphones to other mobile device?
Charging time is normal I believe. Not using the phone that much, as what you said, needs more elaboration. What activities you do and how often you do them would help here.
For the time being, try to perform a soft reset by going to Settings > Restore factory seting > Settings only. Default security code is 12345. If you changed it, enter the code you changed it to.
If above didn't help, you may try to re-install the software of the device using Nokia Suite. To download Nokia Suite into your computer, go here: http://www.nokia.com/global/support/nokia-suite/
Regarding the battery issue, we need to isolate the issue so either you try to use the battery to other compatible device or use another battery to your Nokia X2-02. If the issue is with the device, you will have to send the phone to a repair facility for assessment and repair.
