I can't find notes on my Asha 311. But according to official specification in nokia website, asha 311 does have notes.

So where canI find my notes? Thank you..

Hi la_frengerita,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.

You can find the Notes application via Menu > Apps. When you scroll down you will see Notes between To-do list and Countdown timer.

Alternatively you could download a third party application such as Personal Notes.  

To make sure your phone works to its full potential you can update the phone's software via Nokia Suite. Click on the green arrow where you will see an available update. If no update is listed you can reinstall the current software - this option is displayed in blue.

No, iris9290 is wrong. The asha touch ui is different than the old s40.
You can find notes by going to the calendar (1st Icon in the menu if you haven't customized it).
In calendar, tap the last icon from the bottom navigation (one which looks like paper with a little fold at the bottom right). Those are your notes.

No you can't. But, you might be able to synchronize them via Nokia Suite. I don't know exactly. I rarely use notes.

You can! go to Calendar icon you can find the Notes and To-Do apps.

on the app drawer, swipe left to active standby. Long tap, then tap shortcuts. You will be able to find View Note there. Tap it, then tap thr check icon. The notes shortcut will now be there on the active standby.
