Problem with call barring password

Problem with call barring password

I have a 3310 which I bought secondhand, it works perfectly except it won't recognise the call barring password. I called my service provider Vodafone who gave me the default password but that doesn't work. The previous owner had used the phone on Orange as well as Vodafone, what should I do? Thanks, Richard

Re: Problem with call barring password

The call barring password has nothing to do with the handset. It is SIM / Network Provider related.

Re: Problem with call barring password

I think that you have to activate international access from your operator.

Re: Problem with call barring password

Contact orange, they have obviously given you the wrong password.

It is a network feature (and password) so only the network can help you with this.
