Removed theme still in phone memory but not on applications manager list

Hello. I accidently posted this as a reply on someone else's question, so I thought I'd make another thread. I downloaded a theme from the Ovi store. It was in use when I made a backup file to my memory card. Later, I removed the theme to free up some memory, but never made another backup file. Weeks later, I restored my backup file to memory. Now the theme is available to use but doesn't show up on the applications manager list. Not a big deal, but I'd like to get rid of it and free up that memory. Thanks for any help.
