Unfortunately, when I was trying to use it the following day, I was shocked when a text appeared "SIM REJECTED"

Re: SIM REJECTED

It might be locked to whatever your previous carrier was, especially if you bought the phone directly from the carrier. You'll need to get it unlocked to use a SIM from another cell carrier. You should try asking your carrier if they can send you the unlock code (not likely, but it sometimes works). And there are many services that will take your phone and unlock it, however I've never had a locked phone, so I really can't help you beyond this point.

Re: SIM REJECTED

to get an unlock code you must meet the operators terms and conditions which normally are a full years or 18 months contract as a bill payer,of if prepay you must have spent enough credit or again serve one year /18 months use of phone meeting there terms and conditions this willl vary by operator

If  i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.
