My Nokia Asha Mail app is not working and I have not checked my mail in days!!

Just what it said when I tried to check my mail.
The deal is this:I have two lines,thats why I bought this phone in the first place.The data on the 1st SIM which I normally used most of the time to browse finished so I tried to use the another SIM but it kept doing the updating thing and wouldnt open my mail.
When I tried to use the usual SIM,it said "service is not accessible anymore".I restored the phone to factory settings but all I got was "Invalid application" or "Application not ready,try again"depending on which icon or shortcut you try.
Please help me!I really need my Mail App,thanks so much!

Also forget to tell you Jimmy,I already have the latest update(11.81)so I really don't know what to do.
This same thing happened to my friend's phone but it was his chat application.Nokia should put software fix for stuff like this,not fair to us.

I don't understand,how do you get the previous update?Jimmy,do you really think its gonna help?
Is there a link or something to click so I get the previous update installed?The way am feeling now...I would really try anything!!Thank for your help!

He was only mentioning to re-install the firmware using Nokia Suite. That can help. You should give it a go. Backup your important data first, before going with a re-install.

Also make sure you have the correct Access Point settings as per your operator. Restoring the phone will also delete the settings previously sent by the operator.

Am sorry for the stress of all this but is there a way I can do that online without the Nokia Suite?
The thing is I have a Nokia PC Suite but every time I connect the phone,it keeps saying something like "non-compatable phone connected"or something like that.

This is frustrating!!When is the next update from Nokia coming up anywayz?Thanks you guys for all your help!

No you need nokia suite ensure you have the latest version.
There is no info on the next update.

Same problem in differnert manner here.

When I aceess the internet using second sim the mails get opened, but when it comes to another sim it kept doing the updating thing and wouldnt open my mail.

It states update is avialable and nothing happens then after.

I have asha 200 phone. Earlier the mail was working on any sim. After the software update to 11.95 the mail stopped working. When I access mails, it says accept the terms & condition, when I accept that, the sofware  searches for "mail service updates" and tells me that "The latest service is now available". I say "ok". It comes back to 1st screen where it asks me to accept the terms and the loop continues.

What is the solution?
