White Horizontal Line Appears When Camera/Video is Used

Hi, I just bought a Nokia Asha 303 yesterday and I noticed that when I use the Camera or Video a white horizontal line appears on screen (I can notice the horizontal line especially in dark areas of Photos/Videos), I though the reason why this is happen is because of an unupdated firmware so I updated it to version 14.60. But the problem still persist. Can someone help me with this problem?

Just in case a potective plastic film is still on the lense ...
