Hello,

have you tried with an another memory card by any chance? Is the behaviour the same? Asha 302 should in principle support SD memory cards up to 32GB in size. It would be also good to make sure you have the latest device software installed on your phone (which is SW version 14.53). You can check the current SW version of your device by dialing *#0000#. If the SW is out of date, one should use Nokia Suite to update the device, as this specific update is not currently available as Over-The-Air update.

hello! Ive tried other card but it hang, my problem is when i open the music player then play the all song and stop the song out to menu then go to camera, then take a picture, when taking picture my photos freezes for about ten minutes, and i could not press any key any more my phone hangs, but when when igo gallery i play only one song, then stop back menu go to camera it capture picture smoothly, i have about 1,450 song in my card, my card is 16 giga my software version is 14.53,

I too am facing the same issue. I purchased the Nokia Asha 302, yesterday. The camera just hangs after listening to music, or after sending a few messages.

Even if I save the image on the internal memory also it hangs.

I have the latest S/W update. It is still occuring. I need some help on this.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION !!

Just format the SD card. It worked for me.

ive also tried format it for five times and send my song again, and nothing change it hangs, and 302 does not support folder player, not just like my X2-01, pls nokia give us a third update to solve this problem, pls pls pls:::::::::::::::: we need your help!!!!

pls nokia!!! Have a third update!! The second update was signal shutting the high speed to maintain battery life longer and new version of browser and new certificate to validate mail for exchange, but nothing more, i think you should pay attention to folder player issue, camera and video hangs when playing allsongs on media player,i think the ram does not work properly, 3rd update should focus on this,

hey flamcaster did you try to send sond song on your for about 1 thousand song and try to play it again in allsong then go to camera, for me it hang i want to go to nokia care again, i think nokia is not is not responding to our probl, i think ill used it for 3 years and when my phone gets its end life ill change my brand to better one, i think lenovo is way better, i had been surveyed by calling my phone from a nokia operator in the philipines, i think they dont know what to do, goodbye nokia for ten years straight ive been using your product but now, im not convince anymore,

thanks for helping us experience phone, but now iwant to sell my asha i think its waste of time and money, so nokia do not release products thats not clearly, capable, nokia some of your service centers here are prioriticing the no warrantie products than the its has, becoz they can make money than warranties, ok be wise nokia, in our country 60 percent of phone users uses our owned brand, like myphone, cherry mob, and the new lenovo,
