i have got a 5800 xpressmusic fone, i do not get a callers name or number when receiving a call. have downloaded new software n reinstalled it but still same probs. pls HELP!!!!

If the name and number are not displayed then this is a sim or network fault, not a phone fault.

 

Contact your network to resolve this issue.  It can usually be solved by an over the air sim update or with a new sim card.
