Well jimmy. My present network doesn't show that, but lemme try to explain. Its just somehow refers to an unsecure connection voice and data connection. Like in secure connections, there's a padlock. Here, the padlock isn't locked, instead its locking lever is turned to the other side indicating an unsecured connection. That's all it is.
Keypad lock is usually a key symbol instead of a padlock.
