Conflict means that there is duplicated apps on your phone !! Search if you find any other same apps in app and games section and tell us .

I just bought a new handset ( asha 303), I so far like the handset & it is serving me well.
However, i have a problem with the GPRS settings, i do not know how to turn off or put on hold my internet. i.e cross the G that appear at the top. Thus my prepaid airtime is defintely been consumed at an unreasonable rate.
in addition this is reducing the battery life to around 30hrs.
Please help on this one.

Hello wachirag,
check if you have the following setting enabled:
Menu > Settings > connectivity > Packet data > Packet data connection > When needed
this way there should be popup message before the device attempts to use the GPRS connection, and it should not use it automatically.
The "G" icon means that that the phone has registered to a GPRS network. It does not mean that the phone is actively using the GPRS connection. If the "G" icon is on the other hand enclosed in a square symbol, that mean the phone is using the GPRS connection. You can find description of the indicator icons from e.g. here: http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/apac/phones/gu
As/if you are not planning to use the data connection at all, you might then also try switching the "Settings->Phone->Network Mode" setting to GSM only.

Thats because WhatsApp requires a cont. connection to the Internet .. Once the WiFi gets disconnected it gets connected using the Mobile Data connection ...

I have performed all the options which you have mentioned in the forum. But it always shows up E with a outer square. One of the basic things to do in a phone is to turn off GPRS or 3G whenever we wanted and it cannot be complicated to this extend.
Note: Even when wifi is activated it shows E with outer square,,huff. Great technology hats of to Nokia.
Still searching for a answer.

Does Nokia Enginees look in to these forums!!!!!
Yes I accept it is because of Whatsapp, but don't you think there should be an option to turn off GPRS/3G whenever we wanted? Is it that difficult to implement in Nokia 303 ?
I would appreciate If the Nokia Engineers can throws some light on this...
Thanks
