i need help guy's i brougth nokia asha303 after a few week's my social app is corrupted can't acces it, i already try to restore the factory settings but, nothing changes, also i already updated may phone but nothign happen, can u tell me guy's how to fix it, by the way i'm from philippines

I bought this nokia asha 303 several months ago, at first it was okay .. then I tried updating the phone software then open it. at first it was okay but suddenly restart and when it did open again is wrong with the chat icon and does not work .. not only that, after some days I download the application arround me at nokia ovistore.. and when I tried to open it, has come out notification saying that you need to update the Internet browser before it eventually work so I pressed the update button to turn it when it suddenly restart and be open again my phone does not work arround me application that i've downloaded a while ago .. as well as internet application icon is not working well .. "conflicting applications. show items?" "yes or no" that always appears whenever I try to enable arroundme application and my internet phone icon, and even I open any other application It always appear "conflicting applications. show items?" "yes or no" tried to restore factory settings and updated my phone software but nothing's change,still appearing "conflicting applications. show items?" "yes or no"..
Is there anyone can help me .. please please help me fix my phone

please help me guys, i can't use my internet browser on my phone nokia asha 303..and even any other application that need the built-in internet browser..tnx!!

Try restore all option in settings.
If it doesn't work,
Goto nearest Nokia Care centre in your city for software reinstall.
It costs nothing as your phone is still under warranty.

After the update, your phone will be fresh as bough new.

Note that all data in the phone memory would be lost after software update or reinstall at Nokia Care, so backup all your important data using sync and backup option in settings menu. Memory card, SIM and battery would be given back to you at Nokia care, so no problem with data on the memory card.

2 months latter i bought Nokia asha 303 since i bought it.it is running fairly and i update many apps but once  i open nokia browser and it give me alink to update it and then i open re open browser after  it update i'm getting error of "conflicting application" show item ? please if someone know how to solve this problem reply me..
